The Onboarding Call is a 30-minute introductory session where we evaluate your lifestyle, schedule, dietary needs, physical activity, and food preferences. This call helps us understand your unique requirements and allows you to get acquainted with your nutritionist/dietitian. With the information gathered, your nutritionist will calculate your macronutrients and create a personalized menu tailored to your needs, setting the foundation for your success with Easy Meals Japan.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the start time, subject to a 500 yen cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued within 24 hours of the start time.
